About Hanoh

Hanoh (Enoch) was the wisest and holiest man alive, so much so that he rose to the heavens, or so the story goes. People from across the world came to learn from him. He promoted wisdom in all people more than anyone before or since.

For me, the way to become wiser is through reflection. I write down an observation, interpret it, and extract from it a principle in the form of an insight. This method makes you distinguish between what happened, how you experienced and interpreted it, and which universal principle to adopt.

Hanoh, this platform, is my way of sharing my wisdom with you and, I hope, a way for people to gain wisdom from each other. May Hanoh continue teaching us all.
